Conducted statewide focus groups on modifiable risk factors for obesity in African American women for the Missouri Division of Health and Senior Services.
Designed and evaluated the impact of an influenza immunization intervention that focused on Black seniors for the Missouri Patient Review Organization.
Planned and managed a six county community health assessment and survey of 48 Black communities in Southeast Missouri under a grant from the Missouri Foundation for Health.
Conducted a statewide stakeholder assessment in Virginia that focused on preventing colorectal cancer, and collected data from community based health centers that led to the creation of a cancer education and screening directory.
Designed and implemented two HIV/STI risk reduction interventions (P.E.A.R.L.S.™ and J.E.W.E.L.S.™) that focus on Black and Latina girls and young women aged 9 to 24. More than 2000 participants.
